33+ years ago Janietzche started her career in the auditing and forensic auditing industries for companies across many industries, including the gaming industry. While contracted to a gaming company for a period, she was responsible for its finance, stores and payroll departments. Janietzche was among the first female investor relations executives in the mining industry and acted as CEO/MD and CFO/FD in the oil, property, and consulting industries. She has also acted as a consultant to distressed municipalities on revenue enhancement and strategy. Janietzche’s accomplishments include Initiating and participating in structured & project finance transactions; acting as the BBBEE transaction adviser to the winning consortia for the DTI 25-year Public Private Partnership (PPP); successfully championing a company’s position assessment & strategic repositioning of its operations; successfully developing, implementing and maintaining a new IR and communications strategy, which had a favourable impact on the company share price and merger negotiations; as a key member of a forensic audit team recovering hundreds of millions; turning around municipalities in financial distress.
